Billing & changes
Subscriptions auto-renew via Stripe unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Vehicle quantity changes are made via the billing portal or support and take effect from the next billing cycle (current period is not re-prorated).
Failed renewal payments may lead to suspension of access until payment is resolved.
Trial
New companies get a 14-day free trial of fleet features. No card required to start. The trial ends automatically; a paid subscription is required to continue.
Cancellation & refunds
Monthly: cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid month. No long-term contract.
Annual: 12-month term paid upfront. You may cancel renewal anytime; unused months within the paid year are not refunded.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have materially failed to provide the service.
